STEM Construction upgrades its CHAS Accreditation

Improving our Company

As part of STEM Construction’s drive for continuous improvement we have now successfully upgraded our CHAS accreditation to Premier Plus. To achieve this we have demonstrated our compliance in line with the standard CHAS requires and SSIP (Safety Schemes in Procurement) Core Criteria, and the relevant UK Health & Safety legislation, enabling us to be awarded accreditation to requirements of the CDM (Construction Design & Manufacture) Regulations 2015.

We have also shown full compliance with the requirements of 6 modules of PAS 91, a standard pre-qualification route for the construction industry.

This achievement shows that STEM Construction is capable and qualified to take on significant Civil Engineering projects for our clients, with good standards of care and systems. Our team are a safe pair of hands and this accreditation validates the efforts they always put in.
