Accredited Contractors
STEM Construction are accredited to Principal Contractor status by CHAS, SMAS, Construction Line and Safe Contractor and have full knowledge of the Principal Contractors role as required by CDM Regulations, 2015.
We have a wealth of experience in the project management of all aspects and phases of construction contracts and processes, over a variety of construction disciplines, in both traditional and design & build contracts.
Safety and Training
STEM Construction focus on safety. Our staff are qualified to recognised industry standards for the health, safety and the environmental aspects of construction site management with operatives holding relevant qualifications in accordance with the position and tasks they are undertaking.
We are dedicated to the provision of appropriate training for all staff and operatives across the company who are encouraged to develop their practical skills and knowledge on a daily basis.
