IVC welfare facility infrastructure works at four Viridor sites across Greater Manchester

 

STEM Construction was commissioned to complete:

• Excavation and disposal of materials
• Import and compaction of foundation stone
• Construction of mesh reinforced concrete foundation slab / plinths to accommodate the installation of the new IVC welfare units
• New foul drainage connections to the existing on-site systems
• Installation of surface water drainage
• Service ducting and potable water connections
• Installation of timber edged footpaths
