Design and build contract for two reinforced concrete foundations to house the site’s fire sprinkler system water tanks, plus a base to house the sprinkler system pump station and GRP housing.

 

Procurement and coordination of the design process ensuring the requirements of the water tank suppliers and the pumping station suppliers were met.

Alter the position of a surface water drainage gully.

Construction of the reinforced concrete foundations which were power floated to ensure a high tolerance finish ready to house the water tanks.
