STEM Construction were commissioned to complete:

• Procurement and coordination of the design process
• Procurement of the steel framed structure, 20m x 19m x 9m
• Procurement and installation of the steel cladding to match existing of the original building
• Procurement of the rapid opening roller shutter door
• Drainage alteration to suit new layout
• Alterations to the existing building to enable connection to the new
• Installation of Armco barrier walkways and building protection
• Procurement and management of the lighting installation
