This would ensure that in the event of an incident or spillages, fire water would be retained on site and not enter the river Roch which bounds the site.

Procurement and coordination of the design process.

Undertaking the site level survey to enable the design.

Construction of the reinforced concrete access road and upstand fire water retention wall.

Adaption of an existing concrete water holding tank to form an oil interceptor facility to collect the runoff from the new concrete access road. This new oil interceptor was formed by concrete lining the internal face of the existing tanks and casting a central baffle wall.
