Improvement works to Oldfield Road, Salford for Urban Vision.

 

STEM Construction were appointed to carry out:

• Installation and coordination of all traffic and pedestrian management on site
• New SUDS Drainage System and installation of new raised beds and tree pits
• Construction of new Cycleway to safely divert cyclists through a busy road junction
• Surfacing of the footpath with block paving and decorative bands to match similar works carried out in the surrounding areas
• Supply and installation of all stainless steel street furnishings, sign posts etc as required
• Maintenance of access to local shops and residential properties throughout the works, requiring the need to work unsociable hours
